Is your aftermarket entry system using the Ford electric locks in the doors or aftermarket? Ford electric locks suck. All of mine are puked because of some resistance part that can be jury rigged fixed with tinfoil or the entire mechanism replaced. Quality.

well, the noise is a bad hub. took the truck for paper and coffee this morning and locked the t-case in both 4high and 4 low, and no noise.
