below Zero engine up to temp no power stall

Good morning.I live in upstate new York and have a 2006 6.0 Ltr within the last 3 years I have replaced the FICM , all injector o rings, high pressure pump to rail o ring, fuel filters last year, I run 911 in my fuel tank whenever it calls for low temps and keep tank full most of the time. My problem is when it is below zero, truck starts no problem ( I keep it pluged in) I let it run for 20 min or so, I can plow driveway sect, but when I head up the road( mind you truck now is at full temp) it seems to start skipping , runs out of fuel a d eventually will stall. Truck starts back up and will run skip and have no power . It really doesn't change until outside temp goes up. This has been going on now for 2 winters. Any advice, I'm almost leaning towards frame rail fuel pump. There should be no ice in filter as well with the 911. Any ideas? Thank you

911 has alcohol in it. It CAN pull water with it through the primary fuel filters waterbloc membrane (emulsifier vs demulsifier). I realize that using it is better than not when risking gelled fuel issues, but I would drop the fuel tank and pull the HFCM pump out to see if I could get a clue on what is happening. A fuel pressure gauge would be an extremely wise investment.

As far as replacing fuel filters "last year", that doesn't really tell us much. How many miles on them? Were they OEM?

IMO aftermarket fuel filters (just like oil filters) are a bad choice. They increase the pressure drop (and low pressure hurts injectors) and they let water through - which also hurts injectors.

Yes, the fuel pump is part of the HFCM (primary filter module) on the frame rail. The pump itself can easily be removed from the HFCM.

Good quality fuel should not gel at 0 degrees. I would clean the tank IF you see signs of gelling and re-evaluate where you buy fuel.

Use the power service white bottle with anti-gel, Diesel Fuel Supplement +Cetane Boost | Power Service
and get some OEM fuel filters.

It would also be a good idea to change the source of your fuel, do you buy fuel from a high volume station?

911 is for emergencies like ungelling filters. Not as an anti-gel like the White Bottle

Get a gauge on your fuel filter housing and check psi. Should be atleast 45. This is what your fuel injectors will be seeing. Try draining the water out of the frame rail fuel filter too. Definitely get some ford motorcraft fuel filters in there also to make sure its collecting any water in the fuel. Check oil pressure also to confirm hpop
