old locking gas cap, no key

i had one of those on my 69 the theifs left the cap alone and cut the hose to siphon the gas out but the joke was on them no gas in the tank i needed to fix the sending unit. i sure showed him (ha ha).

I finally got around to opening up the tank, very little gas left - more of a bad smelling sludge. I wound up breaking the tabs on the cap to get it out.
