This thread is an example of why pictures can help a WHOLE LOT in describing something; without them, people are left to their own imaginations to determine what is being described, and lots of assumptions are often made.

Yes, there are some really good and helpful people here... and I can understand how they feel like they can't help without seeing the situation, as (vague) descriptions also leave a lot to the imagination.... it's, like, you WANT to help, but you don't KNOW ENOUGH to be able to help as there are so many things that are unknown...
