Any ideas?
If you didn't hold the accelerator on the floor when running the engine off test you will get a TP out of range code.
The torque converter slip code is not always reliable. Sometimes it means the converter is bad, sometimes it is an erroneous code. If it happens once in a while you can probably ignore it. If you get it repeatedly you have a bad converter.
