Sorry, I misread the procedure. I just read it again and it says the far left and far right should be 48v. Which my far right was reading 48v but the far left wasn't reading anything at all.

If you remove the cover and see four screws, only one screw should have 48v, the one on the right (driver side).

If you remove the cover and see seven screws, only one screw should have 48v, the one on the left.

I just talked to a guy I worked with, and he said he had the same problem, and figured out it was his IDM. I guess he said he sprayed ether in the air port to start it up and keep it running. Is this something I should look more into.? If so, please give me some more details about it.

IDM (Injector Driver Module) is another name for FICM. It's the same part. Ether is a bad idea on a 6.0 due to glow plug and cylinder head prechamber design. It can damage your engine or hurt you.

Did you change the fuel filters? If so the next step would be to check fuel pressure or use an OBDII monitor to verify fuel injector pulse width to verify injectors are trying to squirt. (When it shuts down or won't start)

Checking for codes could be helpful too. You can have a stored fault code without the check engine light being on.

So I broke down and took it it to a shop. They found a silicone like substance in the oil cooler valve. Any idea what could cause this.? I am also going to look into getting the oil cooler bulletproof kit. Any Advice on where to go and what to get.?
