Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 51.2°, dreary overcast with some drizzle and wind running 6 to 16 mph. Was going to go visit the "practice" fishing pond outside the prison courtyard, but I think I'll wait to see if it dries out any. Later today it is off to decorate a couple of cemeteries.

Morning Jim. Lowered the flag to half staff this morning. For Memorial day, but also, an Omaha Police officer was shot in the line of duty last week. Governor has requested flags lowered until Tuesday, the day of her funeral. Damn shame.

Howdy Folks. ....
Left home yesterday morning towing the Monster to a reservoir in the middle of nowhere. Great camping, no one near by. The last 5 miles was up a steep muddy / rocky trail that flattened out to be slippery mud. The rig is muddy from stem to stern. 1st Tow with Jolly Green. ....went very well.
Jim.....sounds like a PITA installing the air bags. .....
I did not have problems with the instructions. Sorry to hear of the problems.

Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home from a very long day. Visited two cemetery's and a hospital. Mom took a fall which did nothing for her disposition. Didn't help her disposition out any when I made her go to the hospital either. As my sister would say, "I guess I've been taken out of the will again!"
Have the Indy 500 and the Nascar Sprint cup series race on the DVR. I think I will finish my dinner, my adult beverage, turn on the race and be asleep before the 25th lap.
Really nothing I shouldn't have expected. The pickup is old enough and the Kit was generic to at least 3 different veh. manufacturers as well as a span of many years it stands to reason that not everything is going to go together as easily as advertised.
Remind me at the GTG to tell you the story of the garbage disposal I bought that had the gal in a dress with long red fingernails kneeling in front of the kitchen sink holding the disposal in her hands with the "install in 20 minutes" blazoned across the front of the box.
