Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home. Diana and I went into Mac to the gun store, I was good and didn't buy anything - (actually they were out of what I was after) then went to the Sportsman's Association Membership renewal meeting.
After that we went back to a BBQ shop that is stuck in a cubby hole behind the gun shop. They have a huge custom made BBQ that looks like a locomotive. It was made by a Custom BBQ mfg. in Houston Texas. They use alder for the most part and the food has a very distinct "camp fire" cooked / BBQ taste to it.
