Pretty much. They bring it around on skewers and ask what you would like and how you like it cooked, and then slice off the appropriate section.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home.
Went back to the sports show today and picked up a dozen "Diamond Lake Special" Lures and an Eagle Claw Endure LB5000 Casting reel. My hunting and fishing partner met me at the show and he picked up a custom Ultra light weight pole and real. Good thing he grabbed it, if he hadn't I could have been in big trouble...
Dave, those lures are custom made by an outfit in Florence. He said they are probably going to start selling them at the Marina Tackle Shop at Diamond Lake later this year.
Past time for some dinner...
