Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Home from the "big" city and the farm.
I'll be having an Elk Chili Burger tonight with an American / Swiss cheese mix.
After dinner I'm going to write a letter and fire it off that will probably get me in trouble. I'm not a happy camper with a less than honest Senator. My wonderful Senator told me (in writing) that he was in complete opposition to the phony background check bill, which is actually a ban on private sale of firearms bill. Today he was on the radio (Lars Larson and subsequent news sound bites) saying that he was going to vote in favor of the bill. A complete and total flip flop!

Brrrrrrr. Somebody forgot to tell Mother Nature it was spring. Cold and rainy since about 1400 yesterday. I think I'll postpone my field work until tomorrow when it's supposed to be nicer weather.
