Sometimes exhaust leaks from cracked ex. manifolds can mimic knocks and rattles, the 460 has a history of cracked ex. manifolds.

Not a whole lot, he could have for all I know. Though I think the timing was off a little. Best bet is just for me to check them. The valve covers leak anyhow so I need to replace the gaskets anyway.

I have sleep apnea. I waited forever to do something about it too.
When I finally had the sleep test done I tested in the "severe" area. I stopped breathing 49 times an hour. No wonder I was always tired.
With my cpap machine I feel more rested and my wife can sleep too.

Melody's CPAP machine made a huge difference for her. When they tested her she never went into REM sleep. Now she sleeps just fine!
Morning Tiny! I wish I could get her to use it. But, she says she just can't sleep with it on. I don't blame her, with the mask and hoses and what-not.
