What bushing kit do I need for shift lever?

I have a 1963 F100 and a few weeks ago I had an issue of me pulling the shift lever out, causing the shift rod to come out of alignment. I pulled the wheel yesterday and was able to get everything back in working order. However, the shift lever moves quite a bit, and I noticed it has no bushing. What kit do I need to order? Also, The previous owner lost the retaining pin, can I buy one new or what can I use to hold it in place? There has been a loose screw there since we got it.

7210 shift lever fits into 7228 shift collar, is retained in place by (2) 7B125 trunnions and (1) 7208 coil spring.

Over time, the hole in the shift collar wallows out, the (2) trunnions begin to wiggle, eventually they fall out along with the spring.

Not shown w/a basic part number is a rubber sleeve that fits on the shift lever, the (2) trunnions and the spring fit thru this, then into the collar.

Is this what you're referring to when you say the shift lever moves quite a bit and the bushing (rubber sleeve) is missing?

All the parts are obsolete, but are available NOS

Yes I believe I am in need of a rubber sleeve for the shift lever and a retaining pin. Any idea where I can get one? I am assuming ebay is my best bet. Also, is there any sort of rubber on the ball of the shift lever, where it goes through the shift rod?
