Decode VIN 1964 F100

Hello,

Could someone plz assist me in decoding this VIN on the door tag since it's in pretty bad shape.
4991028L - 169885A
I assume the '4' indicates the year but beyond that I am stumped.

I also have no idea what RR-3L/D means or the number '128' that follows F100 on the tag.

Yes, me too, I want to know what the '4' is in the Canadian VIN?

4991028L

4 = ??
99 = conventional Cab
10 = F100
28 = 128 WB
L = left hand drive

Decode 1964 F100 Canadian VIN
