If everything's going well under the hood I'd get an OBDII monitor to keep an eye on it and then get some of the 2008 and up mirrors on there. I'm not sure if they have any left but Super Suty Service (FTE member) had a good deal on a pair. Manual fold and extend but electric adjust and heated. Plug and play. They would look great on that truck!

Very nice truck get a Dashboss or it's equivalent and watch your ect's vs eot's.
Many other features to review data and determine future possible issues.

I finally got it registered on Saturday and can't stop driving it! It is really a great truck. The motor is super smooth and the power is amazing. The previous owner really took good care of it and it shows.
