So just got back from a 1400 mile trip pulling a small load around 7000 pounds. When I got there and was about to leave I started the truck and there was no turbo and I had leaked coolant from somewhere under the degas bottle, so I did some research and check the ebp sensor to fix he turbo and the connector was filled with coolant so I cleaned it out plugged it in and the turbo worked!
So I get home and pull he degas bottle to find the leak and can not find one...it seemed like it may have leaked from the hose going into the bottom of the tank. I put it all back together and filled it up still can not find any leaks.
So this morning I had to drive the truck 150 miles. As truck starts to warm up the turbo stopes working again. I unplug the ebp and it works. Then I notice my eot was not getting as hot as my coolant!! Driving my coolant was 180 and my oil temp was 173.
So here are my questions I think to fix the ebp issue I need to replace the pigtale and sensor since the got wet and show signs of corrosion. Is there anything else to look at or check for the turbo issue?
Then for the coolant lose issue I am concerned since I can not find a leak so is there anywhere I should look for a leak? I guess it's possible it's a head gasket issue so I should test for that.
Lastly the oil temp not getting hotter then the coolant what the heck could cause that!?! I have searched a bunch and can't find anything.
Side note a couple months ago I had to replace my PCM because that was causing all sorts of strange issues.

I hope it's a simple fix for you - gravity usually prevails, with a bit of help from the wind, on leaks. What color is your coolant? It seems like a stupid question, but I found two leaks when I switched to red coolant! The degas bottle can develop cracks that leak when the engine is up to temp (and therefore the coolant system is up to pressure). There are a few hose connections there, too. You've got the lower rad hose near there where it connects to the t-stat housing, too.
Try getting it good and hot driving, then stop and keep the engine running and look for the leaks. Just as always, be careful of the fan and don't let the truck roll over you by accident. It happened to a guy I worked with. He was pretty injured, but lived a fairly normal life after recovery. That was like 20 years ago, and he's still fine.
Try playing with the EOT pigtail and see if the temp reads normal. Mine doesn't come all the way up sometimes, I move the EOT wires and it instantly goes to normal.
I think I bumped the pigtail when I took the turbo out last time.

Ok that is kinda what I was thinking that it gets hot and then starts to leak. I do run the red coolant. I am defiantly cautious about he truck rolling since I have a standard trans it does scare me and I don't trust just the parking brake unless I am on level ground.

Ok I will do that I think my ebp pigtail is shot as well.....
