Well I'm glad you guys see the bright side of it. We used to do weekly mustang meets in Puyallup at a Krispy Kreme before it closed. Those were a bit different, lots of cars would show and we were all outside talking about them. Occasionally we would go in and get doughnuts. Then they started going out to eat right after showing up and my parents couldn't afford that so we stopped going.

That's kinda the deal I was hoping for with the Lacey-Olympia area hangout, nothing ever came of it.

Kinda hard to get out and meet people when I have the kid all day, very little momey to actually do things and I don't drink which is what most people my age are doing with their free time.

We need to move again cause our daughter is getting Lead poisoning from the crappy old house we're in and the next place will have a garage, so that will give me more to do.

So Ive been out of the loop for a month or so. Is this where we are talking about meets? Is there a meet planned for February? My work schedule kinda sucks now so Id be all for a daytime thing. Plus then we could actually monkey around on our rides.

The next meet is this Saturday the 21st just down the street from your house. Either way I need to take a tape measure to your truck sometime to get the information needed for putting in the Hydroboost, after I get the measurements I can modify the unit and come over to install it.

I am debating on going out to Horseshoe Auto Wrecking on Saturday before the meet so if anyone wants to have a junkyard day trip just let me know.

So what community do you guys usually have your meet? There is a good chance I will be over in Lynnwood sometime in March.

This is definitely the thread . An all day meet could be interesting, a BBQ maybe.

John for a Lacey/Olympia meet, we could try again and have it earlier in the day to spend a bit more time bumming around.

Tim, I'm not sure what you mean by community. We generally meet at a restaurant and BS for a few hours.
Lynwood is about an hour from me, I'd be willing to travel a bit to accommodate, and take passengers if I still have the f150. I'm not sure what good places are in the area. I don't get out and about too much these days so I only really know local places.

What time are we talking about on Sat? I work in Tacoma at 5pm so I might not make it If its a dinner thing like we've had in the past.

John, I should be plugging that dumb hole in my intake today or tomorrow as well. Been super busy with two new jobs and havny had a chance to do anything to the truck but throw a radio in for working tunes.

Believe the pan is for 7pm as per usual.

Looks like the Junkyard I'm going to closes at 3pm so I should have time to kill, not going to drive home just to head north again unless people want/need to carpool.

You two are working and as far as memory serves Shawn and Myself are the only ones confirmed for being there? Might feel like an awkward date for 2 cripples. haha

Maybe we should do it earlier in the day, I've Spammed a bunch of people about the meet with this thread but they haven't jumped in here.

I'll be there, I always work weekend nights. Its just a pain cause I have to make sure I get to sleep real early in the morning so I can wake up and get ready. What kind of time were you thinking if we did it earlier?

Tell you what I'll buy the first newbie to the meet a beer.
So long as they can drink a beer And so long as I don't
get a contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Or beer is out then I buy them a soda.

One time deal.

Whatever time works better for everybody, I don't have other peoples schedules memorized.

At the latest I'd be leaving Horseshoe when they close at 3pm and that's roughly 20 minutes out of Tacoma on 16, so that's my earliest time frame of availability.

Well guess I am going to be in the Port Orchard yard some time in the afternoon.
Got to pick up the core trans to send back to Ford.

Which yard are you going to?

Why not send them the one that came out of your truck if the R&R has already been done?
