Well, I made it to the Olympia Lakefair car show last Friday night...........where the heck were you guys? Nobody came up and said they were from FTE.

Well some chick rear ended me tonight near the house.
Don't think I took any real damage. How ever her car is another story.
Air bags did not deploy and her and the little one in the back seat
were unhurt. Little Ford 4 door did not look so good. Crumpled front end.
Guess what game that bitch wants to play.
I already have 2 of 3 lies that are on paper
that I can prove just by looking at my truck.
After the insurance Co is done with her I'll
sent my lawyer to clean up.
Looks like the twit may try to cash in on my insurance.

I think it is routine that when a damage claim is made that insurance company will automatically seek compensation from the other insurance company and they will sort it out so it may not be the lady driver who is responsible for this 'cashing in' on anything other than trying to get her car fixed.
If you had insurance I'd say there is nothing to be concerned about perhaps unless she lies and claims that you backed into her which is not a credible claim under normal circumstances of a rear end collision.
With no police report it's difficult to prove anything and in a minor accident with no injuries claimed it probably doesn't matter because insurance companies won't take it to court and it will PROBABLY be settled as a "No Fault" claim. I am not certain about "No Fault" insurance claims in WA, but I think Washington has 'No Fault'
You could simply ask your agent but I wouldn't worry about a minor accident fender bender with no injuries.
I can't post the details but I can tell you that she is running a scam.
In Washington if your rear end someone it 100% your fault.
She it making up details that don't even have damage marks to support
what she is saying happened.
