I have the Olympia address, not the new one I don't think. I'll end up need that as well. I planned to head out roughly at 8am or so. That gives me plenty of time to take it easy on the highway.
Thanks for posting the address Dylan, I JUST got home from up north with the truck FULL of stuff.
Due to a Sink Hole in the road you can't take the 1st exit (HW-3) into Shelton. Take the 2nd Exit, turn right, continue to the 3rd traffic light which will be 1st St/HW-3 where you will turn right. The 2nd light you'll come to is kind of odd, take the option to Veer Left (which will NOT be the Turn Lane) proceed up the hill and once you get toward the top Ellinor Ave will be the 2nd Left.
I will be getting up around 7am and playing Musical Cars, moving a pile of refuse into out of the shop as I was unable to do a Dump run and Organizing/Cleaning till people arrive.
Aaron should be showing up around 10am, I plan to put his truck inside the shop as his truck will receive the most work, then Dylans Bronco just outside the shop door and Bently's truck next to it. That should set everyone up for work time-frames and keep us from having to jockey things back and forth.
Aside from that there will be enough length for 2 more full size trucks in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
I most likely won't know what I am doing till the last 30 seconds.
Also I won't be at home till later in the afternoon. John, I guess I'll
have to wait till next meet to get that vacuum to you . Way too crazy
here.
For times, I was going to shoot for roughly 10am. We will see how it goes. When I get home this morning I have to re-splice the plug for my drivers side tail light. Its FUBAR. I got some Type F for the steering unit since I'm sure it'll be a little low with the hydroboost on there. For food, I wasn't able to put something together quick enough, I wanted to have my step dad make his mt rainier chili but we didn't have the ingredients. I've loaded up on gas and will finish transferring a few things over, then be on the road.
I'm hoping things go smoothly both for the drive there and back, and the work being done.
The meet went well. We all had fun working on stuff.
Stayed there till about 11pm trying to get my hydroboost done, after running into a few issues, I had to leave the bronco there. Bently was kind enough to drop me off at home so I could get some sleep. I need to take the Power Steering line to get a new fitting put on, then we should be pretty good to go.
My turn to share some pictures. I am pretty sure Aaron and John have a few more though. I left Kent around 1pm, and landed in Shelton around 2:30. When I got there it was already time to make a parts run which worked out well. Returning from the parts store I started to drain the transmission pan for my flush. Pan drained, filter changed and pan re-installed added some Mercon V replacement. Once I started on the cooler line, I really started to mess it up. Not using opposing force wrenches and looking at an angle I soon realized I was twisting the cooler line. Fortunately John the Mad-Scientist had an extra section of 3/8" hard line, tube bender, rubber hose and some hose clamps. Got it all buttoned up and worked out well.
