Whats up guys. I got a 95 f150 4x4 and the 4x4 is giving a bit of a problem. I just recently did a manual hub conversion and the 4x4 dont work. Im not sure it even worked when i bought the truck. Anyway, when i engage 4x4 the front shaft spins but the wheels DO NOT. Could i have done something wrong on assembly? it was pretty straight forward install. This is my first 4x4 truck so im not sure what to check. Thanks for any help
If you jack a wheel off the ground and lock the hub does the corresponding drive axle turn when the wheel is spun? If not then you did something wrong with the hub install, if it does then you may have a blown front diff.

nope neither wheel turns. But what i did was put the truck on a lift and put it in 4wd with all 4 off the ground. of coarse only the back wheels spun. not sure what i could have done wrong. There was only like 2 washers and 2 nuts in the kit. installed according to mile marker directions
So the front driveshaft spins in 4x4, that's good. Means your transfer case is working.
Now when the front driveshaft spins, do the front axle shafts turn as well?
If so, then your hubs are not locking.
If not, then your front diff is messed up.
