You know that they sell Kroil by the gallon??? They really do.
Spray it all down a day or two ahead of the job and again right
before you start and you will find things a bit less of a PITA. Penetrating-Lubricating Oils
Little off the truck topic but more on the Kroil topic.

You should know I know about Kroil (well maybe not lol im in the aviation business too ) yep place I work for sales it by the gallon. It is the bomb. Bad part is I'm out of it right now
One thing I noticed was on the caliper carrier bracket bolts those things had some kind of blue loctite stuff on them from top to bottom on the tread portion. Whatever it was that stuff is good at holding!!

Just go and sniff a few shops. Someone is bound to have some that they
are using and won't mind when you stop in to beg, barrow or steal a cup.
After reading all of this no one has brought up putting a line clamp on the rubber line, cracking the bleeder open and then pushing the piston back in. This keeps any crap from going back into the hard lines.

That's ghetto and would get a mechanic fired at my place of work due to bad practice.

Really?
That was taught to me by a master tech 15 years ago. He worked at Toyota and Ford before we worked together. He told myself and 15 others it was an easy way to make sure that if there was any crude in the caliper it didn't end up back in the master cylinder or ABS module.

What becomes a simple brake job turns into having to bleed all 4 calipers after the job is complete.
