Source for Manual Locking Hub Bolt

Source for Manual Locking Hub Bolt
Does anyone know a source for getting the T25 1 1/2" 8X32 bolt with the rubber ring under the flange head that attache the manual locking hubs on the '97 F250 to the axle? I lost one of the three and can not find a replacement anywhere - no junk yards for hundreds of miles from me...

I couldn't find any cap head torx bolts that were 1 1/2" long to match what was there. Longest I could find was 1". I used a allen head bolt with a washer and lock washer for now. The Ford dealership said the bolts only come in a kit for around $80.00 that has been discontinued.
I have something in there for now even though it does not look the same and I will keep an eye out for a used one from a junk yard...
