Thinking about going with the sct livewire over the sct X4.
I have the torque app. With a orb2 scanner.
Need a system to eliminate the egr light and look at live feed.
For 200$ extra over the sctx4 it seems like a all in one deal.

Thoughts?
I love mine...it shows me what I need most of the time.
Not quite as much trouble code data as a factory code reader and maybe not as much gauge info as some tuners, but for the money it does give you most everything you should need.
There's now a third party company offering a EGT sensor for them and there are multiple AUX inputs. You can even wire in a backup camera if you desire.
I love my LiveWire. Tuner plus Gauges, you can't go wrong. I got mine from Amazon for $492 with free shipping. Amazon has consistantly been the cheapest place I have seen it
It's saying 512$ but that's still better than 600$!
I live in florida. .. can you take it out of the holder when not using so sun won't melt it or do you have to peel it off the Window everytime?
LOL the price must have gone up a few $$$ since I bought mine in March. But still the cheapest place I have seen.
Yes, it sits in a plastic cradle like a GPS would. The only plug on it is the one that goes to the OBD2 port, but again it unplugs almost identically like a GPS does, so you can leave the cradle with the suction cup attached and remove LiveWire and put it in your center console or where ever you prefer. I would take a pic of mine but its at the DR getting new glow plugs

I usually put the GPS in the pretty much worthless overhead console garage door opener holder and the Livewire tuner in the sunglasses holder, when the truck is parked.
When I started putting them there, I figured those holders could be used for something after.

Nice... I'm ordering one tonight.
I'll have an engine light on till it gets here as I just did an egr delete.
