L.E.D. cluster light problems

Well besides the fact that the led is staying on in the charging light i tested all the other led lights only to find that only 3 where working lights out of the 30 i bout. Turns out the 8 dollars for 30 lights on ebay was a scam. Who knew ��
So know im going to have to order some more. Anybody recomend a website? And does anybody know how put blue leds in sunpro gauges and tach?
