Wher is my check engin light suposed to be????? When I turn the key all the other lights come on. I took the dash off frome around the spedo and tach but I dont see it near the wait to start light. I can see where the brake light and high beam lights are even without the lights on but no MIL. It looks like it is going to be a real pain to take off the instrument cluster and I dont want to do it unless I know the light is there. please help and thell me where the light is suposed to be. Will it be a bulb or a LED soldered in.

The check engine light on my '96 is located lower right side of instrument cluster right above the ABS light. When i turn my ignition on it only comes on for a nano second. Does not stay on like the rest of the idiot lights.
