From Oil leak to OIL BURN.......

Since my repaint.....I named my truck "Oil Rig" due to the number of oil related items I have replaced and the amount of oil leaked out onto the ground over the years. Ohhhhh, and all the grief I have gotten from a few buddies who drive gassers and brand X's. I think my ride is becoming a little sensitive to it's new name.......

I have developed a couple of oil issues with it here in the last couple of months, most of which I have remedied thanks to FTE, Riffraff and Diesel-O-Rings. I have now moved from operation OIL LEAK to operation OIL BURN.....

I am experiencing this for issues......blue smoke at start up and Idle in moderate amounts. If I am at a stopped in traffic for any period of time, I get blue smoke like crazy...almost like a 007 smoke screen when I start moving again...

I also have a minor exhaust leak at the joint between the up pipe and the manifold on the passenger side that may be a telltale of what is going on....at the leak, there is what appears to be fresh oil, it is black, wet and sticky, not the typical dry sooty leak.

My truck seems to run OK, it may miss a little here and there, but ultimately runs pretty smooth. I ran a CCT and it shows that #1 has a fault/balance...

Any thoughts on where I should go with this OPERATION OIL LEAK? I was thinking injector O rings maybe? (hoping not an injector)

Stock injectors, EBPV delete, 50cent mod, NAPA air filter, Bellowed Uppies, Banks six gun,
nearing the 200K mark. DIY trial and error home garage total re-paint for added performance.
