Oil Leak
I HAD MY POWER STOKE 7.3 SERVICED. I HAVE NOTICED IT LEAKING OIL I CHECKED THE OIL AND IT IS ABOVE THE FULL MARK. COULD THIS BE WHY IT IS LEAKING OIL IF SO COULD I REMOVE THE OIL FILTER AND DUMP SOME OIL OUT.

Yes, it could be the problem, depending on how much over the full mark it is.
Take it back to the place it was serviced and discuss the issue with the manager. Even if it isn't causing the leak it should still be corrected.
