Getting ready to cut out and replace the floor pans and front body mounts on my 64, looking for any words of wisdom. The body mounts are mostly gone the PO shored them up with some sheet metal and lined the floor with fiberglass but you can see the sag on the cab. I will post pictures soon.
Jack:
Replied. Maybe we need to find out what differences Roy is referring to. The area where the firewall meets the floor pan, is what Jack is in need of. Roy, can you shed any light on whether the differences are significant?
Thanks!

From what I can see on pictures the 64 firewall has a fender curve to it at the outside of the cab where the 66 does not have a fender curve to it the 66 firewall is flat all the way across.

Below are two pics of a 64 cab and a 66 2 wheel drive cab, FYI... I can't recall if the 66 Four Wheel Drive has the step Roy mentioned, 2WD does not for sure. The 66 above the floor to firewall seam is much different in regard to heater core panel, etc. Below the seam the mounts are much different. It would appear the curvature the 64 has is not present in the 66 as noted. Hope this helps.
