Hi everyone,
I just bought a new 2014 F150 FX4!! It has the 6.2L and FX Appearance package!! It's my first brand new vehicle and I love her!! My truck came with the Ford mats in the front and back but am wondering how they will hold up in the winter with all the snow we get in Labrador!! I am thinking about buying the weather tech moulded mats for her but would like some input first!! Are these the best mats now or is there something better for protecting the carpet in my truck? Any help appreciated!! Take care!!
I went with the Husky Liners, I traded my 12 F250 for a 2014 5.0 F150 and have these available, make me a good offer and you can save a ton of cash over new. You probably wouldn't need the hump liner since you have a console right?
I like the carpeted mats so I go with Nifty Catch All. Nifty, Weather-Tec and Husky Mats are all excellent choices. We have Husky liners in our Escape and Weather-Tec in our SRX and Nifty in the F150. They all fit perfect, provide great protection and they all last a long time. You can't go wrong with any of these. I would say Weather-Tec and Husky hold more water than Nifty.
I have the WeatherTech Digital florist and they are really great. They are molded perfectly for the truck and the rear floor mat lays down great and covers the back perfectly. You cannot go wrong with them!

Same here. I didn't get nice looking carpeting just to cover it up with industrial rubber. The Nifty mats can be washed with hose and scrubbed just the same as rubber mats. A lot of people post up pictures, "Look at my new floor mats!" Heck, if I opened the doors and took a picture of my interior, you wouldn't even notice the floor mats.
It holds enough liquid. This is a case where bigger isn't necessarily better. I don't get in my truck with 5 pounds of snow stuck to my shoes and legs.
