Weather tech vs. Husky liners?

What is everyone using any why do you like them?? Ive read good and bad things about both and cant decide. I have a friend that has xact contour huskys in his 16 F150 and claims they are better because the are made of a softer material. Makes sense to me that they would conform better being softer. Any suggestions?

In my experience with the floor liners (not the floor mats), the Huskies are stiffer.

My Weathertechs fit great, but the Huskies fit pretty good too.

Huskies used to be a lot cheaper than the WT. They still are, but the delta is smaller now.

After about 4 sets of Huskies, I went with WT. I wanted to buy American.

I appreciate WT keeping its manufacturing in the US.

If you want to talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.

I ordered the ford tray style from the ford parts desk. They fit very good and catch any snow or water on your shoes and are very soft and pliable, my opinion way ahead of weather tech hard plastic ones. And they don't cover up the platinum lit dor sils. They stay put because of the soft rubber construction, don't slide around.

I have had both and prefer the WT's. In addition, they make a cocoa color that is perfect match for the KR interior.

Mats or floor liners?

WT mats are a softer rubber than the floor liners.

What's the difference in mats and floor liners? I thought they were all mats! Lol

I've had three sets of weathertech digital fit liners. I'm done with weathertech, because in my experience, all have not fit that great. The driver's side and rear seam to be good to okay, but the passenger side has been horrible on all three sets. For reference, I have/had them in my 2015 4Runner, 2011 F150, and 2015 F350.

A family member has used Husky for years without any of the issues I've had, so the next truck is getting a set of Huskies.

I have Husky liners in my 2011 Super Duty and WeatherTech in my 2014 Escape and the WT are by far the best. They fit perfectly and are softer than the Huskies. On the passenger side of the truck the Husky will not stay in place and the front left corner curls back over the mat. I would never buy Husky liners again.

Unless I'm missing something, the Husky's are also made in the USA? I bought Weathertech and I'm very happy. I'm sure you'd be happy with Husky. My father swears by Weathertech so I bought them and couldn't be happier.

Buy one of each and give us a report

I love my Husky X-Act Contours. They are a soft rubber, which I've never slipped on, and I don't have things flying around on the floor in the back. The only negative thing I can say about them is that I have noticed some wear right where my heel rests on the accelerator. Other than that, they are great!

I have had multiple sets of husky liners in a Tahoe, jeep unlimited, multiple Super Duty's. Was always pleased with them but they never fit great. My brother had weather tech and I was really impressed with the fit. I have had them in my F150 and my last 2 Super Duty's. I have not got them for my 17 because it has vinyl floor mats but I am putting them down to protect against wear and tear so that the floor looks new when I trade.

No matter what brand you go with they are money well spent. Especially if you work outside, ranch, construction, etc. I used to help my buddy out with his ranch and we would butcher multiple cows a day and with a chain saw and that stuff gets every where and then drive the trailer back to the garbage disposal those husky liners protected my trucks from getting covered with debris in my carpet. Best $200.00 bucks spent

I've always had WT mats but I opted for the Ford units this time to try them out, my salesman told me I would be happier with the fit and if I wasn't, he'd take them back. Hard to argue with that!

I will say that I've never been 100% happy with the fit on the passenger side WT mats in my F250, F150, Focus, Equinox or RAV4 but the are bang on in my wife's 2017 Explorer...
