Question about no start-hot

I have been reading these forums and just wanted to run this buy you all for additional advice.

3/2004 F350 Crew Lariat 6.0l 170,000 Spent first 100,000 miles getting the run around from my local dealership. Actually had truck driven by men in suits from Ford and it still never got fixed. I was paid a decent amount in a personal lawsuit.

Truck started running rough at traffic lights etc, a long time ago.
Truck refuses to start when it is cold.

Got towed home twice this month now because truck stalled and would not start while hot. Both times waited for tow truck for hours and both times truck started to be driven up on flatbed. (Yes, I hate her even more now)

What I've done so far: (Today) Replaced FICM with Bullet Proof Diesel FICM (cut wire for added voltage)
Ordered Scan Guage II (will be delivered Tuesday)
Changed IPC (today) after FICM was installed and truck started first time.
Charged battery (today)
Ordered HPOP with new IPR and STC (will be delivered Tuesday)

Truck fired right up first crank. It has never idled as smoothly as it does now. I am just curious if the no start hot can be from the FICM? I am going to change the HPOP anyway this week because I just think it is only a matter of when it will fail and not if.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No starts hot are almost without exception a HPO leak, FICM problems rear their ugly head on cold starts.
