Vibration with Lifted 05 Excursion
I have a 2005 Ford Excursion that's lifted 6in all springs with 35's. I have a very small vibration around 40 mph and up and then when i let off the throttle that vibrations doubles. I just put a shim in the rear end to turn the pinion up along with check the u joints and there fine. Any Ideas? Pinon angle is fine. Im starting to wonder if the drive shaft is out of balance. Tires only have 1500 miles on them and i just bought it 2 months ago. It drove like hell when i bought it because the tires where junk. so i put new tires on it and im still trying to work the bugs out.

It's most likely your tires are out of balance... I have about the same set up as you, I finally just had them balanced on the truck ( old school). It took 3 visits on my previous ex to get it right, I even had my driveshaft balanced thinking it was that.
