CPP is manufacturing u-joints, wonder if there stuff is any count.
I've only made one small order from CPP so I cant say much for them. But I've made quite a few orders from summit and I know they are a good supplier. They have fair prices and ship quickly. They also have shipping promotions pretty often. I've never dealt with their customer service so I cant say much there either. But as long as you do a little research first, summit is as good of a place to order from as any other supplier.

I received two u-joints from Summit the other day. One from CPP and the other an expensive Stainless Flaming River. The CPP fit my DD shaft perfectly. The Flaming River didn't fit the DD shaft or my column, when measured both ends of the joint were undersized. Both ended going back to Summit, the CPP because I ordered the wrong one and the Flaming River because I did not want to take the time to turn down both shafts. I would order CPP again.
My column is from CPP. Besides being assembled incorrectly, it seems to be safe enough. I doubt that the chrome will withstand the test of time, but I suspect you get what you pay for. I also have a throttle cable from them. The quality of it is also OK. As for Summit, I have nothing but good experiences with them and I try to stop in on trips south of Atlanta.
I have a CPP column in my 48. The price was right but the quality was somewhat less than I expected. Will probably replace it next year with an Ididit.
WOW! Good for the LVVTA! Maddening that this crap has been sold over here for a long time but no one has called them out on it. Another Hoffman Group debacle, I hope someone sues them out of existence.
I guess that I will be digging into this a little deeper and contacting Mid Fifty myself. I purchase a CPP column from them back in 2012 and now that the truck has a little over a 1100 miles on it the tilt feels like it is ready to fall apart.
That's amazing. Now it makes me wonder if all the brake components CPP sells, that so many of us have could be from Hoffman Group, as well? And if so, when will we start seeing these same catastrophic failures there. too?
