There's a v10 excursion on youtube with a super 44 muffler that sounds pretty good here's a link to it
Some people also like the areo turbine 3030 muffler if you want the loudest you can just straight pipe it but it will sound like crap.

I had a single in dual out Magnaflow on my V10 3V and didn't like the sound at all. I ended up using a flowmaster BB70 single in dual out and was much happier with the sound.
