ECT and EOT's on F350

I posted a couple of weeks ago about my 2004 6.0 powerstroke. I have since purchased and using a torque pro app and OBDII to get readings. To my concern I found that my EOT is running around 230 degrees while normal running and under a 12k lb fifth wheel pull it reached as high as 254 degree. My ECT runs 190 to 200 degrees. I'm getting ready to replace the EGR cooler with the Bullet Proof product and change the oil cooler with an OEM. First of all, is there any chance that the Torque Pro app reading is inaccurate?

I also plan to do a complete coolant flush prior to the cooler replacements and installing a coolant filtration system. Any other thoughts or steps that I should take?

Well something is way off. Doubt the torque pro is off but could have a bad sensor. You could swap them and see if the temp spread follws. You might want to get a new tstat as well, I also wouldn't drive it until you've done all of your stuff. 254 isnt a good number to see in a temp even when towing.
