Have a couple issues, first one i put my truck in reverse and it will idle backwards and then when i give it gas it just revs up like your riding the clutch in a stick shift. throttle actuator control keeps popping up on my edge programmer and goes into forced limited power, when i switch it back to stock mode from level 3 preformance mode it runs fine. i dont know where to start for either of them. And sometimes when im riding down the road DTC 3 flashes red on the programmer. And it also threw and code of output shaft speed sensor does that have anything to do with reverse slipping. someone please help.

The oss has nothing to do with reverse slipping. Put the shift lever in manual 1st gear and see if you have engine braking. If you don't, then the low/reverse band is broke or the snap ring for the servo popped out. If you do have engine braking then you prob have a reverse clutch problem. The trans has to be completely torn down to get to the band. The oss could be affecting the throttle body concern. First make sure the transmission harness is not rubbing on the right exhaust manifold or cylinder head. There is a retainer back there that keeps the harness out of harm's way but most people either don't put it back or they break it.
Get up to about 10-15 mph then let off the gas. If you feel the engine slowing the truck down then the band is applying. Its easiest to check while going downhill.
