We have finally received our replacement light controller and it's a good one. We had a few more trips for more lights and extension cords, and have been officially told "We have enough lights", guess who made that decision, yup, wifey...
But we do finally have a nice Christmas light show, to music, and working on more music daily, and adding more to the show every couple of day's.
Hope everybody is doing well.
No more lighted decorations for me since Duke Energy felt they needed another increase two years ago. Bows, wreaths, garland, Reindeer, and Santa adorn the outside of our house. Duke can find someone else to help pay my brothers 6 figure salary ..LOL ...
I've noticed a drop in the fuel mileage on my 2011 F150. I've always gotten at least 16.5 mpg with a mix of mostly city, and some hiway driving.
Now I'm getting 14.8 mpg and the only thing that I know of that is different is our fuel prices are steadily falling, and I'm still buying 87 octane, that Ford recommends for my truck.
Has anybody else noticed a drop in mileage, I'm really wondering if our fuel is being played with...
I've always heard that we use winter gas here. I also remember a lot of complaints in November and December about mileage when I worked in the dealership. But that's not a guarantee.
Hope everyone enjoyed their turkeys! I've still got too much left over. Good lesson on getting a smaller turkey next year. But this was my first one cooking at home so I had to go big.
