Do you have a sliding rear window? Sometimes those get left unlocked. Could be possible you left it unlocked and they locked it after taking your tools. It is also very easy to pick the locks on these clamshell doors with nothing more than a coat hanger.
How easy is it to use a slim Jim on these tucks? Apparently there have been quite a few break ins lately where the guy used one.
We had the rear window open last night for the dog, but I know it clicked closed. This kind of stuff just infuriates me. Who has so little respect for someone?
Until I find a better way to secure stuff in the truck, it's empty of anything of value. Funny, they left my Garth Brooks cassette tapes...
I got hit once and there was no damage just one unlocked door.
This is one way they can do it. I even got in once when keys got
locked in while running and no one around to help.
I don't even have a cassette player in my sd, but I do in my bronco and I still bring my tapes with me in it .
Prior to buying my 00 250 CC I had a 77 F150 supercab... Yep tapes were an upgrade.... Still have a few of them and play them in the truck. its nice to keep the memories alive (of tapes and where they came from, my grandfather).

my SD has the CD/Tape deck in it.
Same here. When I was 17 I moved out of my parents house and went to college. My dad gave me a tape on my way out the door and told me to listen to it. It was the single of Travis Tritt's "I'm gonna be somebody." I love my grandfather, but he hated the thought of me going to college and ever since I was a little kid he never hesitated to tell me I wasn't going to amount to anything if I went. He would make comments like "you think you're gonna be somebody by going to college" or say I was going to be an educated idiot. Dad gave me that tape and told me to go prove Pa wrong. 17 years later it is still in my console and it just doesn't sound as good any other way than it does on that tape .
