Front end Issues

Hello, I just put brand new tires on my 1995 F250 7.3L and I noticed right away that it was pulling to the right pretty stinking hard! So, I took it to Bruneel tire to get it aligned and the guy said he couldnt align it because he didnt know what the problem was. The left front tire is obviously toed in just from looking at it, and he thought it was either the spindle or possibly something was bent, like the front end assembly itself. But I don't agree with him. He said all my joints looked good.
Is there a common issue with ford front ends that I need to fix or what?

Also, I am having issues with the glow plugs not performing well. The relay is working fine, and I put brand new plugs in it from NAPA so they should be working good, but its still starting hard even on warm summer mornings and blowing a lot of blue smoke until it warms up. After it is warm a second start starts it just fine, but that first start of the day is always hard.

Sounds like your alignment shop guy is a moron. Go to another place. It is likely that your axle pivot bushings and leaf eye bushings are bad and need to be replaced.

As for the hard start, there's more than one thing it could be.

I would find another shop to do the alinement. A good shop would know what to fix to get the alinement right. If you got the glow plugs from Napa, you didn't get the Motorcraft glow plugs, which are the only plugs to use to get any life out of them. You probably were given Autolights, which are bad news, IMO. If you ohm the plugs, I bet you will find some burned out.

If you got autolite glow plugs, pull them out and toss all of them. Hopefully they have not expanded. If they have, you might be pulling the head.
