No high beams

No high beams
I have no hight beams in my 2008 6.4. Not even in the flash to pass position. I put new headlights on it so it's not the bulbs. I'm not sure where both fuse panels are. I checked the one under the hood and found no bad fuses. I'm not sure if there is one inside the cab, if so I don't know where it is... Any suggestions?

The headlights (and other lighting) is controlled by and the fuse for them are in the SJB (Smart Junction Box) located in the passenger footwell on the right side. There is an access panel you remove to access the SJB. It should be fuse F23 15A.

I know that you stated you had changed headlights, but sometimes it is worth double checking. Also, is there power to the fuse? A digital volt meter or even a simple test light would work. Find a good ground, and with high beams on, test the little metal on back of fuse. If there's good power there, remove a headlight and check voltage at the headlamp plug.
