So, what makes you think this is a 1966...is it registered as such? The grille is from a 1966.

I almost guarantee the frame matches your title vin. just at some point the cab was wrecked or rusted so they replaced it for whatever reason. 2wd cabs are very easy to come by compared to the 4wd specific cabs.
