Noisy power windows
The passenger side power window sounds a little rough, almost like a slight grinding and it raises and lowers slower than the driver side.
This is kind of what happened when the plastic gears crumbled on the passenger side of my ranger. Does this sound like bad gears or could it be something that needs grease?

spray some silicon inside the window track on the top half of the door. spray it down a few inches into the track inside the door. That will help some. Removing the door panel and spraying the linkage with lithium grease and doing the silicon on the bottom half of the tracks will help. If its not too late, that will fix it. If you still have grinding, then it has gone too long and getting wear in the motor / drive unit.
