so I have been noticing that my truck sounds like its misfiring on start up but fine when its running so before I started with the tune up wanted some input in case I have no luck
f100
i6 300
carter 1b
accell 45,000
motocraft plugs
also plug gap and torque measturments would be awesome
Would you describe it - as runs OK after it warms up? What do your plugs look like right now? Ignition problems generally don't improve or, get worse as things warm up so my WAG is fuel/carb related. Fouled plugs would be an indication of that if so.

runs fine= no knocks no loss of power no studder no signs of any problems
only has problems 1-4 seconds after starting

im waiting on the rain to pass before I start also why I asked now will post pics of plugs as soon as I get them pulled
With limited info and not being there, my first suspicion would by carburetion, more specifically, the automatic choke. Sounds like it's not closing properly.
When the engine is cold, before you try to start it, pull the air cleaner and note the position of the choke. If it's open, pump the accelerator one time. Check again and see if it's still open or closed.
If it's open the choke isn't set correctly, or there's another problem with it.
EDIT:
If it is closed, start the engine and look again. Is it still closed? It should be. If it's open, try setting the choke a little tighter so it doesn't open so quickly.
I'll add my vote to what was said above, first check the choke then pull the plugs keeping them in order so you know which cylinder they came from and post a pic, the condition of the plugs can tell us a lot. If a tune up is called for do a complete one, plugs, wires, cap and rotor along with points and condenser if you have them. Also keep a record with the mileage and date of anything you do to your truck, this will come in handy later on.
Keep things simple and never try to guess what might be wrong, there are usually simple checks you can do that will lead you in the right direction and you can always ask for help on here
Another thought. You say it runs okay except for the first 1-4 seconds. Something to remember, these are carbureted engines. Their cold starting is nothing like the modern EFI engines.
If it runs a little rough for (literally) a few seconds, there might not be anything wrong with it. It might just be the nature of the beast.
As said above your plugs look good.
FYI my 77 300 takes a bit to smooth out also.
One thing you might do though is use a little anti seize on the plug threads, it protects the head as well as easing installing and removal of the plugs
