Lol..............."Ride" is a function of spring rate & shock dampening. Shackles don't enter into the equation unless it would be to give more room for spring flex prior to bottoming out.............This isn't factually debatable...........

I think we are talking about 2 different things, I don't know what they are calling a "good ride". To me it's like it rode when new, which mine does with just shackles.

Well I spoke to Cary and got some good ideas. The only thing I really didn't care for was his suggestion that I go to a 18" or 20" tire. I'm not a big fan of big wheels.
