First, welcome to FTE! This is the place to be.
As for parts, we can probably tell you where to go but need to know what you are looking for. However, here's a start:

- Engine: A parts store like O'Reilly's, Advanced, or similar would be the best bet for spark plugs, air cleaners, etc.
- Body:If you need body trim or bumpers then LMC, NPD, or Jeff's Bronco Graveyard online is a good start.
- Electrical:Some of the newer electrical parts, like solenoids or ignition modules aren't all that good, so many go to the salvage and pull Motorcraft parts.
- Interior: Back to LMC, etc.

carburator
never ever would you need to change wiring harness unless it was chewed by pests or burned to pieces
best bet is to take pictures for us and explain what the symptoms are
i wouldn't spend money on a new carburator until I tried to start it with starter fluid, and/or carefully refilled the carburator bowl if starter fluid failed

Two points. First, it isn't kosher to start two threads on the same topic. Hopefully the mods will combine them.
Second, to my knowledge no one makes a replacement wiring harness. And the main harness runs from the left headlight, back to the fuse block, snakes it way through the dash, and goes forward to the right headlight. So it is very long and winds around many things, making it a pain to remove. But your best source of one, if you really need it, is at a salvage.
Hopefully you won't need a replacement as there are minor differences from some years to others. But, if you can get by with repairing the harness you have you may be better served to do that.

Don't forget Blue Oval Truck Parts
Blue Oval Truck Parts: Truck Parts, Truck Accessories, F-Series Trucks Parts, Ford Truck F250 Accessories
I personally like Rock Auto although Gary and a few others say they've had problems.

I'm not aware of an FTE'er close to you, but someone may be and might volunteer to help. However, we could help you ourselves if you would describe the truck and what is wrong with it. Many on here have taken these trucks apart to the last nut and bolt so know them well. And some have very complete documentation including Ford's master parts catalog and wiring diagrams. In other words, we can almost always walk someone through the process of fixing these trucks if we have a thorough understanding of the problems.
