Hello all,
I have a 97 PSD with a 5 speed and I have installed a Hypertech 111 chip in it. All was well untill I had 33 inch tires put on. Now I have less power of course (a 1/2 ton chevy kicked my but comming up the hill last nite). I have gone to speed shops looking for a bigger chip and gone to Hypertechs website but to no luck.
I also went to a shop in Reno where they installed a 80 hp chip in my truck and it wasn't any better than theHypertech chip.
Can anybody help me ? Thanks a lot, Mike

Hypertech is not known for high performance Powerstroke applications. If you're looking for power we can do a Diablo 3 stage switch chip with stock/78HP/110HP. Also, you're going to need to install an EGT gauge if you plan to run 75HP or higher while towing heavy loads.
