Holset Turbo
Hey guys, recently I acquired a Holset turbo that came off of a ISX Cummins. It's a pneumatic wastegatted turbo, and for the laughs I was curious if any of you have tried to use it on our 7.3's, or if it wouldn't even spool up. Opinions? I don't think it will, just because of how massive this thing is. It is a Holset HX60W.

I have an HT60 i plan to use in a compound setup. I cant remember the numbers exactly, but im thinking 72mm compressor. Mine has a 26cm non-gated twin scroll. Look inside the turbine housing inlet for a number, that will be the cm'2 (size) of the housing. The HT60 on our N14 will build boost off idle, i think it would start building boost around 2200-2400 on a 7.3.
