Choke issues and under load bogging

I didn't notice a choke pulloff in those pictures, its a small vacuum diaphram that open the choke plate a little on startup or else you will flood the engine, you could have a float set to high, not letting in enough fuel, bad accelerator pump etc, I got into this buisness when all the is was carbs,

No, he has a pulloff. 2100's have them mounted on the air horn.

ok so I am really hoping this works. I shot a video today of the issues. I removed the choke housing and there was a spring in there but as you know I have no hot air pipe going to it so the choke was doing nothing. If you watch the video you will see that I have no valve from manifold to attach hot air pipe to which is why I am going to a manual choke. You will also see a demonstration of the issue I am having which is the truck bogging down and stalling under partial throttle. Please watch and advise. I think maybe some tuning on the carb could get rid of this issue. I did remove the top of the carb and confirmed that the jets are not clogged.
