Okay took my carb off to rebuild . I put it back togethet but i dont think i did the choke linkage right any ine have a pic of how its supposed to be or can tell how to do it ! Than

Why do you think it's not correct? To test it, loosen the screws that lock the black round piece, hold the throttle wide open and turn the black piece back and forth. The choke door should open and close.
If the choke door doesn't open and close, pull the black piece completely off, you must not be engaged into the arm inside.
It just doesnt look right to me . That little bulb on the back does that control the choke plaete and if so how ? I thought one you move the the throttle it controlled the plate . Idk this is my first carb ive pulled and worked with
The throttle can lock the choke out, that is why you need to hold the throttle open when messing with the choke. The throttle does not control the choke.
The vacuum thing in the back is the choke pull off. Open the throttle wide open and then turn the black piece till the choke just shuts. Then take your finger and pull the linkage back just like the vacuum diaphragm would(the choke pull-off vacuum piece). When you pull it all the way back, the choke door should crack open just a little bit. That's what it does, it pulls the choke door open just a little bit after the engine starts.

A 4bbl swap is one of the best things you can do to wake up these engines. I have never felt much from a camshaft swap, but the 4bbl swap will give you a definite power boost you can feel.
Several things have to be changed, like fuel lines, throttle linkage connections, etc. But it's worth it. Buy one with a manual choke and you do not have to fool with all that stuff you are messing with right now.
A four barrel swap will wake up a 302 or 351 in the Windsor Engine Family if...

You'll have to determine your gear ratio here: Certification Label - ???Gary's Garagemahal. But, waking up a 351M isn't all that easy as they were way down on compression. You can try the 4bbl, but don't expect huge gains. However, installing a straight-up timing set will help quite a bit.
