Choke Stove Needed?

I'm closing in on getting my truck finished up back together. This may be a dumb question but do i need the choke stove if I have an electric choke? Pics attached. Thanks everyone you guys are great!

If you have a fully-electric choke, then you do not need the stove.

i would fashion a blockoff plate if you can get that thing off the intake, or just put some vacuum caps on the ends of the tubes
