So on the 6.7 radiators you are building,

Are you increasing the amount of rows in the core?

How does it perform in the cold -40 below for example, any cracking and such?

Related to cold weather, does the running temp take for ever to warm or possibly have a hard time to get to operating temp?

How long does it take to install?

What kind of temperature drops are you seeing, driving empty?
Then of coarse more important under towing conditions what kind of improvement in temperature are you seeing?

Are you also seeing drops in oil temp, transmission temps etc.

I have noticed that my 2015 runs roughly 10-15 degrees hotter than my 2011 did. Especially towing the temps run quite a bit hotter.

Sorry for so many questions, just looking for info.

Thanks, David

Great questions David! We are planning to put together a full build-thread including our data in the very near future. This build-log should answer your questions and provide some neat BTS images regarding development and testing.

We are planning to post this on both the forums and our Engineering Blog, keep an eye out for that!

Very true! The amount of coolers and components bolted on and around the radiator is quite staggering. Thankfully you can still benefit from the reliability/performance even if you can barely see it!

Mishimoto, thank you kindly for taking the time to interact with us. I've been through a lot of radiators (like many others) and simply because of your time and effort to be present here I will GLADLY purchase your replacement radiators when the time comes.

My only other thought, give us an FTE coupon code! 10-15% off would be awesome....

Looking forward to your full report!!

I am intrigued/ interested purely from a performance improvement, since my 2011 was trouble free on the radiator dept. Hopefully the 2015 is as well.

Thanks, David

Will you also offer a replacement for the secondary cooling system too?

Absolutely! We enjoy spending time in various enthusiasts groups! Coupons are always a great idea, I will speak with a few folks here to see if we can set that up. We will certainly post a link to our pre-sale as well, this pricing will be below our planned MSRP for those looking to get one of our first units.

Thanks for the kind words!

The secondary radiator has certainly been considered, especially being that it influences the CAC. Lowering temperatures in that particular system would be very beneficial to performance. We are hoping to gauge the interest of the primary radiator and gather data on the performance of the secondary radiator prior to the continuation of that particular development.

Thanks for the inquiry!

I for one would be very interested in the Secondary cooling radiator/ CAC side of things. Anything that can be done to drop air intake temps means more power for sure.

I am sure many others would be interested as well.
